Thought I would tell a little story about my hair... (since I spent so much on it, it's gotta have some attention, heh!)
Once upon a time, I had very nice straight and long black hair. As I grew older, I got bored of it. So I dyed my whole head brown.
Looks like this!
Then I got bored of my straight hair. So I went for some major perming. I had bombastic hair!
This was just after the hairdressers'
Because sunny Singapore is soooo hot, I couldn't stand a huge bush on my head and on my neck after some time!! It's a hugeee bother coz the permed hair some how just traps in heat.
I slowly cut off the ends little by little.... And got quite short.
Then it grew longer again, and so did my fringe, which bothered me a lot because I dislike hair falling on my face, and I think I look stupid pinning it up. And I got bored of my straight hair. Again. What's wrong with me?!
So snip snip snip, and a little curl, this is my final hairstyle:
Short curls! I was sooo afraid I'll look aunty and got quite upset at first. But the look grew on me!
By now my hair is a little longer and so is my fringe. I have decided to grow it out and not keep bangs or sideswept anymore! My hairdresser commented that short fringe is like a small girl, and long fringe is more "sexy" haha! I'll try..
So about 3 months has passed since my last chemical treatment, and now I am bored of - just kidding. Please slap me if I say I am bored of my hairstyle again. Now I am not liking the texture of my hair because of all the things I have done to it! Ahhhh! It's no longer nice and silky, and it's frizzy despite putting conditioner on every night :( It's time to stop those harmful treatments and embrace my hair in its natural way!

Oh yes, some free advertising, I usually go to Essensuals Bugis and this tall and skinny guy by the name of Wayne does my hair. For the last perming I did, it was by Salon Vim at 313 Somerset by Melvin. They had some promotion going on at that time so I went there because it was much cheaper than Essensuals!
I also use TRESemme conditioner and a Keratinology by Sunsilk (Korean Bounce Therapy range) hair mask every other day. Helps my hair texture and keeps the curls in place!
